Handmade Paper Quilled Quilling American Flag Heart

This American Flag heart was made in the art of paper quilling.  It was made with paper strips and glue only.  The size of the art is 8" x 8".  It comes framed in a white or black frame of your choice.  The frame can stand alone or hang on a wall.
